- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, tax, and CAPEX functions
- Manage all federal, state, and local tax compliance and filings
- Coordinate annual external audits, internal audits, and compliance initiatives
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze operating performance, variances, and provide financial reporting to leadership
- Manage corporate cash flow, liquidity, and internal controls
- Lead and develop accounting and tax teams while driving process improvements
- BS/BA in Accounting required
- 10 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- 7 years of leadership and people management experience
- 7 years of SAP experience
- Extensive experience overseeing AP, AR, payroll, tax, and accounting operations
- Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and audit management
- CPA preferred
- Manufacturing experience required
