We’re looking for a CNC Set-Up Operator who takes pride in dialing in jobs, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production moving.
This role is focused on machine setup, changeovers, and running parts to quality standards. You’ll play a key role in making sure jobs are set up correctly and running efficiently from the start.
You’ll be working on components used in high-performance archery and bowhunting equipment trusted by hunters across the country.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up CNC machines for production runs
- Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and offsets
- Run parts to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Make minor program edits as needed
- Support team leads with output and process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized work area (6S)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of CNC setup experience preferred
- Hands-on experience setting up CNC machines (mills preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Basic understanding of G-code and offsets
- Experience with Haas and/or Fanuc-controlled machines (preferred)

Work Environment:
- Full-time, hourly position with overtime as needed
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Machine shop environment (noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures)

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
