Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, based in Birmingham, AL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Representative will oversee day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. The role will require consistently identifying opportunities to grow and drive revenue by showcasing the value of The Osprey Group's solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential clients
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts and build relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to operate in a flexible, fast-moving environment where you need to figure things out.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
