We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support our Purchasing and Finance team and help keep our campus running smoothly.If you enjoy organization, logistics, and being a behind-the-scenes key player in a healthcare environment, this role is for you.What You’ll DoAs a Receiving Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring supplies and deliveries are accurately received, tracked, and distributed across our campus.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and conditionSign for and manage deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other vendors (including resident packages)Enter received goods into the system and maintain accurate recordsStock and organize supplies in designated storage areasDeliver supplies and packages to departments across campus, including Skilled NursingLog distributions using computerized systemsDeliver and track copy paper usage across assigned departmentsPlan daily workload to ensure all tasks are completed efficientlyPurchasing Support (Backup):Assist with ordering supplies as authorizedHelp ensure critical supplies remain stockedSupport cost-effective purchasing and alternate vendor sourcingWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in receiving, purchasing, or healthcare supply distribution preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer and Excel skillsAbility to work independently and follow established proceduresProfessional, courteous, and customer-service orientedPositive attitude with strong integrityPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbsAbility to push/pull carts up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the building for extended periods
