The Osborn, a nationally recognized senior living community in Rye, NY, is seeking dedicated Environmental Service Workers to join our team. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, health, and happiness of our residents and visitors.
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine cleaning in resident apartments, hallways, common areas, and offices
Follow established protocols for sanitation and infection control
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
Respond to special cleaning requests as directed by the Environmental Services leadership team
Represent the Environmental Services Department in a professional and courteous manner
What We’re Looking For:
Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Respect for the privacy and dignity of residents in a senior care setting
Flexibility to work weekends is a must
Willingness to adapt to department needs and maintain a positive attitude
