What are the responsibilities and job description for the Xcel Team Competitive Gymnastics Coach position at The Oregon Gymnastics Academy?
The Oregon Gymnastics Academy is currently looking to expand our competitive coaching staff and is now accepting applications for Xcel Team Coaches, full or part time.
Our competitive team philosophy centers around not only training great athletes, but great people. We have created a culture rooted in positivity, which places value on the development of the athlete as a whole. This extends to our staff, as we have a dedication to the development of our employees of all levels. We ask that applicants have a similar philosophy and dedication to continuous growth.
Partial benefits, including paid time off, start at 25 hours, and full benefits start at 32 hours. Benefits include PTO, 80% of medical, dental, and retirement. Transparent and professional pay structure.
Applicants must have at least 1 year of competitive coaching experience, a dedication to continuous growth and education, and the desire and ability to develop staff in addition to our athletes.
