What You'll Do

• Coach gymnastics classes for children of all ages and abilities
• - Lead structured lesson plans (warm-ups, conditioning, skill development)
• - Utilize our unique bungee training system
• - Provide individualized feedback and track student progress
• - Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
• - Communicate with parents about progress and updates
• - Participate in ongoing training and development

Preferred (Not Required)

• Former Tilton's student
• - Experience working with children
• - Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletics

Compensation and Perks

• Competitive hourly pay: $20–$50/hr based on experience and role
