Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in evaluating residents' needs and developing treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
- Conduct treatments according to established treatment plans
- Monitor residents' responses to interventions and adapt treatment plans as needed
- Participate in resident education and family training
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve comprehensive care goals
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in practicing state(s)
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development
