- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
- Handle data entry tasks accurately within spreadsheets and client management systems like QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems, including document proofreading and record keeping
- Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and preparing correspondence or reports
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory checks and basic bookkeeping activities
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data management tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities
