About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Partnership Specialist to join our Workforce Solutions team! In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key connector between our nationwide branches and client MSPs, ensuring seamless service from job requisition to onboarding. If you're a proactive communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between Ōnin branches and client Managed Service Providers (MSPs), fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships.

• Coordinate the full staffing lifecycle — from job order to onboarding — with speed and precision.

• Submit candidates, manage job openings, and assist in correcting pay/bill rates in VMS and internal platforms.

• Troubleshoot service delivery issues and implement process improvements to optimize outcomes.

• Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  Collaborate across departments to support operational excellence and exceptional client service.

• Understand and support accurate billing processes and financial outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of experience in staffing, client relations, technical coordination or comparable field.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suites, and excel

• Familiarity with VMS platforms, Staff Suite, or MSP environments is a plus.

• Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences and operational success.
