What You'll Do:
- Be a recruiting rockstar! Match ideal candidates with perfect career fits for lasting success.
- Source top talent mainly in the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
- Conduct insightful interviews to assess skills and cultural fit for client needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and teammates for mutual success.
- Ensure all recruiting follows legal and industry standards.
You're a Match If You Are/Have:
- 2 Years of Experience in Staffing/Recruiting with a proven track record of client and candidate relationship management.
- Light Industrial Knowledge
- Understand the world of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Tech Savvy
- Work wonders with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
- Communication Master
- Clearly communicate with candidates and clients (in-person and over the phone).
- People Person
- Build and maintain positive relationships – it's your superpower!
- Critical Thinking skills
- Analyze and problem-solve to address staffing challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Adaptable
- Embrace changing market conditions and client needs with a smile.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally in both English and Spanish is a plus!
