The outlined responsibilities are not necessarily comprehensive, as we seek to grow and develop our education department and its initiatives. We will review responsibilities at the one-year mark and assess departmental needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in event coordination, education, community engagement, or program management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing for newsletters or social media
- Some experience planning or supporting events (virtual and/or in-person), including logistics and vendor coordination
- Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders — from students to senior creatives
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Eventbrite, and Hubspot (or similar platforms)
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools), or experience with entry-level data tracking and analysis
