Position Summary
The Enrollment Specialist, Digital Health at the OSU James Cancer Hospital is responsible for guiding patients through the enrollment process for remote monitoring programs, providing support and education of device usage, managing the distribution and maintenance of monitoring devices, and ensuring accurate data management. This role involves providing patient support, implementing quality assurance measures, and collaborating with clinical teams to enhance program efficiency and patient satisfaction contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional oncology care.
Minimum Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent education and experience required. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Previous patient care experience in an acute care hospital or medical clinic setting preferred; Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills.
