What You'll Do As a Tax Program Assistant Administrator

Undergraduate core program in accounting, business, public administration or related field which included 3 courses in accounting; 42 mos. exp. in accounting, auditing &/or taxation; 24 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques; 12 mos. exp. in customer service.
Must provide own transportation unless state vehicle is provided.

What You'll Do As a Tax Program Assistant Administrator
- Lead a team of supervisors and their tax examiners as they execute the daily operations of the Income & School District Income Tax team;
- Assist in the development and execution of Income & School District Income Tax team’s policies, procedures, programs, and long-term strategic goals;
- Review trends in taxation and relevant data to recommend improved operational initiatives and projects;
- Collaborate with other areas of Taxation and other state agencies to advance the mission, vision, and core values of the agency;
- Conduct tax technical training for internal and external personnel;
- Provide exceptional customer service to your internal and external stakeholders.

- OR 30 mos. exp. as a Tax Examiner Specialist, 66813.
- OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
