What You’ll Do As a Tax Examiner Associate
- Serve as the “front line” for customer service by taking phone calls, responding to emails and live chats, and face-to-face interaction at our Welcome Center.
- Educate taxpayers by responding to written and verbal questions, attending outreach events, and helping create instructional materials.
- Learn all aspects of the taxes administered by Taxation.

Undergraduate core program in business related field or public administration which included 2 courses in accounting; 3 mos. exp. in customer service.
