Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role at The Ocean Bay House in Bay Shore, NY. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, assisting with guest services, managing staff, and coordinating events and activities at the inn.

- Management, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Customer Service and Hospitality experience
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus, but not required
