This is a full-time on-site role located in Oakland, CA for a Director of Programs. The Director of Programs will oversee the design, implementation, and assessment of various programs aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing program staff, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of initiatives. The role also involves monitoring program budgets, identifying funding opportunities, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with Program Development, Strategic Planning, and Project Management
- Team Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to mentor and supervise staff
- Strong skills in Stakeholder Engagement, Partnership Development, and Community Collaboration
- Proficiency in Budget Management, Fundraising, and Funding Proposal Development
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills and expertise in Reporting and Metrics Analysis
