W-2 Commission Stylist / Barber – $16/hr Base Commission
We’re looking for a motivated, licensed hairstylist or barber to join our busy, established shop in Oak Park.
No existing clientele necessary. We have a strong flow of new and existing clients and are looking for someone who wants to build a full book, increase their income, and create a long-term career behind the chair.
We’re a gender-neutral, inclusive shop where services are based on hair length and the service provided. Our team works with all hair lengths, textures, styles, and identities, from short barbering and fades to longer cuts, styling, and everything in between. We believe great hair has no gender, and everyone deserves an elevated, welcoming experience.
This is more than a chair to work from. Our goal is to give you the client opportunities, education, structure, and business-building support needed to develop a thriving clientele of your own.
Compensation & Growth
