Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm, professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations through regular cleaning and bussing duties
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and health regulations
- Support catering events by setting up tables, serving food, and clearing after events
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and restaurant policies to create a safe environment for staff and guests
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, bussing procedures, and food handling standards is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with the food industry's best practices related to serving, catering, and customer service is desirable
