Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using Toast systems POS to ensure accurate billing.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs to verify legal drinking age and preventing over-service.
- Restock bar inventory as needed, tracking supplies with basic math skills and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service support ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to handle high-volume service environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing and cash handling.
- Strong time management skills are essential for multitasking during busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
