Schedule & Availability

• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hours of Operation:
• Sunday: 10am–7pm
• Monday–Saturday: 9am–8pm
• High-volume, fast-paced environment where shifts stay busy and engaging

What You’ll Do

As an Experience Guide, you are the heartbeat of the boutique and a key driver of revenue and guest satisfaction.

• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance
• Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a fast-paced system
• Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detail
• Maintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts
• Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending services and upgrades
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Team player who contributes to a positive work culture
