Title: Human Resources Program CoordinatorLOCATION: Oakland CA ( Hybrid)DURATION: 4month contractPay:$29.00 **BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED* Description: CANDIDATES LOCAL AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/NEAR WORK LOCATION-OAKLAND GO. MUST BE WITHIN 50 MILES FROM OAKLAND HEADQUARTERS. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND WILL BE REQUIRED AT OAKLAND GENERAL OFFICE 1-3 DAYS A WEEK. TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR:1. Experienced with high volume scheduling, using Outlook and an ATS (ours is iConnect, but any large scale ATS experience is fine.)2. Open to doing other assignments outside of scheduling – we have a great team and it’s an opportunity to learn more about university recruiting3. Positive attitude, team spirit, good sense of humor. Wants more than being a coordinator as a career.4. It’s a big plus if this person has experience in university recruiting.
