What You'll Do
- Lead installation of custom cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on showroom and residential projects
- Own quality control and final walkthroughs for your crew's work
- Mentor and train Apprentices, Level 1, and Mid-Level Carpenters
- Solve complex fit-and-finish challenges independently
- Be the go-to expert that Designers, Project Managers, and clients trust on site
- Represent Norfolk professionally on high-visibility, customer-facing projects
Requirements
- 10 years of carpentry, custom cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
- Proven ability to lead and train other carpenters
- Deep experience with high-end or custom finish carpentry
- Reads plans fluently, no hand-holding required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
