We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Hotel Manager to help support the daily operations of our property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example, and delivering a high level of service to guests. You’ll work alongside the management team to ensure everything runs efficiently—from the front desk to overall guest experience—while helping to build a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departments
- Support front desk functions, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest communication
- Provide guidance and supervision to front desk staff, helping maintain strong service standards
- Address guest questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Help coordinate staff schedules, training, and day-to-day team support
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel operations, with some supervisory responsibility preferred
- Strong understanding of front desk operations and guest service expectations
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
- Comfortable using hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and motivate others
