Duties
Assist in managing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest relations, and staff supervision, to ensure smooth functioning of the property
Supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes, multi-line phone system handling, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Oversee guest services to ensure high standards of hospitality, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with human resources to assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
Maintain compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations while promoting a positive guest experience at all times
Skills
Proven supervising experience within hospitality or hotel management environments
Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
Experience in hotel management systems, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with budgeting, night audit procedures, human resources practices, and resort or hotel environments
