What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brunch Cook position at The Noortwyck?
The Noortwyck is a restaurant from Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise. Located in the heart of the West Village, the restaurant will feature a seasonal, market driven menu with dishes that range from small to large plates. The food is complimented by a thoughtfully curated wine list focusing on French wine regions and a seasonally changing cocktail menu. This soon to be neighborhood staple will combine these elements with a warm welcoming team that is committed to delivering genuine hospitality.
We are looking for talented team members that want to learn and grow with us.
This is a part-time, daytime position for Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Fridays will be dedicated to prep. Saturday/Sunday will be on the line. You will be responsible for working with the team through all aspects of service and prep.
