ROLE MISSION

Originate, grow, and manage client relationships while contributing to the firm’s long-term success. Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate complex financial decisions, while supporting firm growth through business development and collaboration.

OPPORTUNITY STRUCTURE – TWO PATHWAYS

1. Firm-Building Path (House Book | Partnership Track)

For advisors seeking long-term partnership and enterprise growth within a team-based model.

• Client Ownership: Transitions to firm (“house book”)

• Transition: Ability to monetize and move existing book

• Compensation: Salary incentives tied to growth

• Focus: Relationship leadership and firm growth

• Support: Full access to planning, service, and ops teams

• Upside: Path to partnership and equity


2. Independent Advisor Path (Revenue Split | Book Ownership)

For advisors who want to maintain ownership while leveraging firm infrastructure.

• Client Ownership: Retained by advisor

• Compensation: 60/40 revenue split

• Focus: Business development and relationship management

• Support: Firm provides operations, compliance, and service

• Growth: Build and scale personal book

• Flexibility: Autonomy with option to transition to firm model over time


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Leadership & Advice

• Serve as lead advisor delivering tailored wealth strategies

• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication

• Lead client reviews and provide clear, actionable guidance


Business Development

• Generate new clients through networks and firm channels

• Expand existing relationships through planning and engagement

• Build a high-quality, sustainable book of business


Wealth Management Execution

• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated advice

• Provide guidance across investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning

• Leverage firm resources to enhance outcomes and efficiency


Team Collaboration

• Operate within a team-based model focused on shared success

• Partner across the firm to deliver a consistent client experience


Client Experience & Growth Discipline

• Balance new business development with high-quality service

• Deliver a proactive, high-touch client experience

• Scale relationships effectively using team support


Technology & Compliance

• Utilize CRM, planning tools, and firm systems effectively

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

• Adhere to all regulatory, licensing, and fiduciary standards


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5–15 years in wealth management or financial advisory

• Existing book of business strongly preferred

• Proven relationship management and business development skills

• Series 7 and 65/66 (or ability to obtain)

• CFP®, CFA, or similar designation preferred
