Job description:
We are seeking highly motivated applicants for a full-time position as a personal injury attorney.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
- You will ultimately manage your own personal injury docket from intake to trial. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Sign up new personal injury clients.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
- Prepare pleadings and written discovery.
- Prepare and conduct depositions.
- Attend court hearings and mediations.
- Prepare cases for trial.
Qualifications
- Must be Licensed to practice law in Texas.
**Candidates planning to sit for the Texas Bar or waiting on results are also encouraged to apply.**
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage a big caseload.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Spanish fluency preferred, not required.
