Responsibilities
- Oversee human resources management functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex Flex to maintain accurate data entry and reporting.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly, facilitating effective communication, and supporting conflict management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning to uphold legal standards across all HR activities.
- Lead change management projects related to organization design, workforce management, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts to foster continuous growth.
- Support benefits administration processes including payroll integration with systems like Paychex or Paylocity while managing data collection for HR analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership on HR sourcing strategies, social media management for employer branding, and contract negotiations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or generalist roles within fast-paced environments.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paychex Flex or Workday is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects related to organization design, change management, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively and foster positive employee relations.
- Administrative experience involving data entry, data collection for reporting purposes, and working with payroll systems such as Kronos or Dayforce is beneficial.
