This is a physical role and requires the employee to walk, climb, stand, stoop, carry materials, kneel and bend at the waist. The ability to lift over 50 lbs may be required.

Essential Functions
- Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Raking leaves and debris
- Mowing lawns and grass areas
- Event set-up and tear-down
- Barn area and stable grounds maintenance
- String trimming and edging
- Garbage and waste removal
- Flower planting and garden care
- Must be 16 years of age or older with valid working papers
- Ability to become licensed by the NY State Gaming Commission
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Enthusiastic with the ability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment
- Team Player
