What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountability Ambassador – New Heart for Life Community position at The New Heart for Life Community?
Most people set goals.
Very few follow through consistently.
At New Heart for Life, we build small accountability teams centered on fitness, consistency, and living a high-quality life.
This is not a traditional role.
It’s a commitment-based experience for individuals who want structure, accountability, and real progress.
This opportunity is currently limited to individuals based in the United States.
As an Accountability Ambassador, you will:
- Set a weekly goal (fitness or life-based)
- Take consistent action toward that goal
- Support others in their progress
- Report back on your results each week
Our foundation is the 21 Fitness Principles, a practical framework for building discipline, consistency, and long-term results.
This approach is grounded in our founder’s journey—from surviving open-heart surgery to becoming a Senior Olympic gold medalist. He is the author of The 21 Fitness Principles, and they now guide how we show up each week.
Fitness is the starting point.
The deeper objective is achieving your goals through consistent action, supported by a small accountability team, and inspiring others through how you show up.
This is for you if:
- You value consistency over motivation
- You are willing to share your progress openly
- You want to be part of a small team that holds each other accountable
- You are actively working to improve your fitness and overall quality of life
This is not:
- A passive group
- A résumé-building exercise
- Inconsistent weekly participation and follow-through
This is a process you live each week.
These are principles we live together—not alone.
