Receptionist & supervisor experience required.
What we are looking for in a Spa Assistant:
Someone who works well with a busy, high volume environment with the utmost professionalism.
Requires evenings & weekends. This is a leadership position in which we need someone who is not afraid to support the staff in their needs, make decisions and help lead the team in a positive manner.
Job Description:
- Accurately booking appointments
- Checking in and checking out clients with exceptional customer service
- Answering phones
- Assisting in supply inventory and ordering
- Leading staff
- Assisting nail technicians in inventory
- Cleaning spa (keeping spa immaculate, cleaning pedi chairs, sweeping, laundry)
- Key holder/supervisor position (opening and closing spa)
- Must be available to work at both locations, Saturdays & evenings
