About The Ness Center:
The Ness Center is a comprehensive behavioral health and wellness center providing continuous care for individuals struggling with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. Patients receive personalized, comprehensive services to meet their wellness goals.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Client Service Coordinator to support patients, staff, and community partners across our program sites. This role combines front desk operations, telehealth coordination, patient advocacy, and basic clinical support to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients, handle registrations, schedule appointments, and assist with referrals.
Support clinic operations and coordinate care for behavioral health and substance use clients.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment posting.
Provide basic IT and EMR support to staff.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of recent, continuous office experience, including proficiency with computers and multi-line phone systems. 1 year experience in community health, mental health, or social services preferred.
Strong customer service, technology, and organizational skills.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification, or willingness to complete training during orientation.
