What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Content Creator position at The NES Group?
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support our Social Media Strategist by bringing content to life across multiple brand accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves creating, editing, and posting content — and understands how to adapt creative for different brands and platforms.
This role is about doing: making content consistently, posting on schedule, and helping ensure our social presence stays active, polished, and on-brand.
What You’ll Do- Create short-form photo and video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Edit content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Publish content according to a content calendar provided by the Social Media Strategist
- Write captions aligned with approved messaging and brand voice
- Adapt content across multiple brands while maintaining each brand’s identity
- Help spot and flag relevant trends, sounds, and formats
- Repurpose existing assets into fresh content
- Keep content organized and ensure consistent posting across all assigned accounts
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media (brand or personal accounts)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content styles
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
- Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
- Able to take direction and execute while also contributing creative ideas
- Experience managing or posting across multiple accounts is a plus
- Experience with consumer brands, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle products
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, Rella etc.)
- Basic understanding of what performs well on social and why
- Eye for styling products for photo and video
- A strategy or analytics-heavy position
- A brand ownership or management role
