Community Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate 1:1 Community Support Specialist to help individuals engage in meaningful roles within their community. You’ll provide guidance, assist with daily needs, and create opportunities for social inclusion and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in community activities, relationships, work, and recreation.
- Help people develop skills and maintain positive roles in their community.
- Assist with personal care and transportation when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Promote The Nemasket Group’s mission and values.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college credits preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
