The Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. We are currently looking for compassionate and talented on-call Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams! After 90 days in good standing, our Caregivers are trained to become Medication Technicians, which includes a higher wage and broadening their skill set. This position is responsible for providing assistance in the area of medication administration and personal care assistance to our residents. At the core, the goal is to provide meaningful interactions with our residents on an as needed basis in an appropriate yet highly individualized manner. All we ask is that you bring excitement, a smile, energy, ambition to grow and learn new things, and great ideas to make us all better. Wages: $15.00 - $17.00 / hr DOE
Shift differentials: NOC shift $1.00 / hr
We are hiring for: On-call all shifts (6:00am-6:30pm or 6:00pm - 6:30am )

About You
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in Assisted Living preferred
- Must have First Aid card and be CPR certified
- 401(k) with up to 4% match after 1 years of service
