Responsibilities
" Provide compassionate companionship and personal care to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client needs.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving skills.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety.
- Document client progress and report any changes to management."
Qualifications
" High school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, valid Driver's license with active auto insurance in driver's name are required for employment.
- Experience in geriatrics or similar caregiving roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs."
