You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents.

As a Groundskeeper for our apartment complex in fast-paced communities, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and outdoor areas of the property with a strong emphasis on accountability and legendary customer service. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents.
Essential Functions (including But Are Not Limited To)
- Take ownership of groundskeeping tasks and ensure they are completed quickly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor environment.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational areas.
- Remove litter, debris, pet waste, and hazardous materials from the grounds to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address landscaping-related maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or multifamily housing environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering legendary service to residents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.
