Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Groundskeeper located in Las Vegas, NV. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the community’s common areas and grounds. Daily tasks include landscaping, lawn care, tree trimming, and basic maintenance such as repairing fences and walkways. Additional responsibilities may include seasonal tasks such as snow removal and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This position is for multpile locations within minutes of each other.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in landscaping, lawn care, and maintaining grounds
- Experience with basic maintenance and repair skills, such as using tools to fix fences, walkways, and irrigation systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to identify and address hazards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and orderly environment
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time while juggling multiple responsibilities
- Prior experience as a groundskeeper or in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
