- Create and implement marketing and business development plans that align with client needs, industry trends, and the Bank's mission-driven reputation
- Set and achieve business development goals, while ensuring credit quality and portfolio health
- Build, nurture, and maintain lasting partnerships with nonprofit clients and community leaders
- Mentor and support a team of bankers and client managers
- Represent the Bank with nonprofits and civic organizations
- Contribute to key committees including Asset Liability, Loan, and CRA, and lead initiatives such as LIHTC equity investments
We're seeking a proven leader.
- 10 years of senior-level business or nonprofit lending experience, with a strong track record in business development and relationship management
- Deep understanding of nonprofit financing, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to inspire and coach teams
- A personal commitment to civic and community engagement
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is required
