How You’ll Contribute
- Provide high-quality, timely administration of investment accounts
- Oversee account setup, transfers, funding, and daily transaction monitoring
- Communicate proactively with clients, Portfolio Managers, and internal partners
- Perform daily cash management, reconciliations, and account reporting
- Participate in annual reviews, tax reporting, and client meetings
- Serve on Wealth Management committees and contribute to special projects
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through responsive, professional service
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
- 4 years of direct experience in investment account administration (institutional and individual)
- A proven ability to manage details while seeing the big picture
- Excellent communication skills with professionalism and tact
- A self-starter who thrives with independence but values teamwork
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in banking/trust systems and Microsoft Office
