In this role, you’ll serve as a key resource for both customers and internal partners providing expert support across ATM, debit card, and electronic banking services. You’ll combine technical troubleshooting with exceptional service delivery to ensure a seamless and secure banking experience.
How You’ll Contribute
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone and email
- Deliver high-quality technical and customer support for electronic banking users, including: diagnosing issues; explaining products, services, and technical concepts in clear, user-friendly terms; assisting with hardware, software, and basic networking-related issues
- Order and maintain Visa Debit, ATM, and Commerce Cards
- Process card maintenance requests and replacements, including compromised cards
- Review various daily and monthly reports
- Monitor validation and purge reports for ATM, debit, and commerce cards
- Take appropriate action based on report findings and identified discrepancies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
- Track and log transaction totals for monthly reporting
- Provide backup support for other Electronic Banking functions as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of three years of banking operations experience, including electronic banking products and services
- Strong technical aptitude, including working knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and basic networking technologies
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, understandable language
- High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with sound judgment and critical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, switch between systems, and troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems
