Additional qualifications include:
Extensive professional nanny experience, preferably within UHNW or fully staffed households- Exceptional knowledge of early childhood development, Reggio Emilia philosophy, and gentle parenting practices
- Prior ROTA experience strongly preferred
- Experience with extensive domestic and international travel
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in dynamic environments
- Emotionally intelligent, calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable collaborating closely with highly involved parents and other household staff
- Strong communication skills and impeccable professionalism
- Travel-ready with a current passport
- Excellent driving record; all transportation while on duty will be provided via family vehicle
