The Murphy Group is a top 1% real estate team powered by PLACE, with a robust and high-performing team in New Jersey and an actively growing presence in the East Valley — specifically the Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek markets. Our team leader relocated to Arizona with a clear vision — to build the same level of excellence here that we've spent years developing in New Jersey.
We already have the foundation — agents producing, an office in Chandler, and systems in place. This isn't starting from scratch. This is scaling something that's already working, and we need the right person to help us get there faster.
This is startup energy inside an established brand. You'll be executing marketing, supporting operations, and helping build a team culture that retains great agents and delivers exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
Serve as the team leader's right hand — you are the integrator to her visionary. You take what she sees and make it real, holding structure and follow-through so she can stay focused on recruiting, relationships, and growth.
Execute marketing content across all channels — social media, video coordination, newsletters, and campaigns that are consistently on brand and delivered on time without being managed.
Support team operations — following through on existing systems, CRM management, and day-to-day coordination that keeps the business running smoothly.
Provide executive support — managing priorities, schedules, and communications so the team leader operates at her highest level.
Plan and execute events end-to-end — client appreciation events, team culture moments, and retreats. You own the logistics so everyone else can be fully present.
Support recruiting pipeline — follow-up, scheduling, and coordination that keeps agent recruiting moving consistently.
Build and maintain team culture — agent touchpoints, recognition, and the invisible work that makes people want to stay.

Qualifications
Experience supporting high-output leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Content experience, YouTube, social media, print ads... — you understand how to build a brand presence across platforms and know how to manage the moving pieces to keep it consistent and growing.
You like working in a systematic and organized way — structure energizes you, not constrains you.
Comfortable in a startup environment — you figure things out, you don't wait to be told.
Real estate experience helpful but not required — willingness to learn the industry is required.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, content scheduling tools, Canva or similar, and basic video coordination.
