What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at The Murphy Group - AZ?
Summary
You will serve as the right hand to a high-performing real estate team leader, owning execution across operations, marketing, and team growth.
This is not an entry-level role and not a task-based assistant position. You will be expected to think, prioritize, and execute without constant direction. The systems, foundation, and vision are already in place. Your role is to bring structure, consistency, and follow-through so the business runs at a high level.
Marketing is a key part of this role, but this is not a purely creative position. You will be responsible for ensuring content, campaigns, and visibility are executed consistently and effectively, not just created.
If you are someone who naturally takes ownership, anticipates needs, and gets things done without being asked, you will do very well here.
Compensation includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, and access to health benefits. In addition to base pay, this role includes bonus opportunities tied directly to business growth and increased profitability.
As the business grows, this role is designed to grow with it. The right person will take on more leadership and responsibility over time, with corresponding increases in compensation and earning potential. This is a win-win environment where strong performance and contribution to growth are directly rewarded.
This is not a static position. For the right person, this can evolve into a long-term, high-impact role with meaningful financial upside.
