We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, quality products and are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to work at our Deerfield facility.
CANDIDATE:
We're looking for friendly Call Center Representatives to join our team during our peak busy season from April through July. This role is Saturday and Sunday only. The representative will assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to support sales. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience are essential. Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but training will be provided.
