Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support the culinary team.
- Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and efficient flow during busy service periods.
- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment.
Requirements
