We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
- Repair or replace damaged equipment, fixtures, furniture, and appliances.
- Maintain swimming pool and related equipment.
- Monitor building systems, including boilers, generators, fire alarm systems, and elevators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Assist with renovation projects and contractor coordination as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintenance shop.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training, vocational certification, or trade school education preferred.
- Previous hotel, resort, apartment, or commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
