Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Grounds Porter (Full-Time)Location: Williston, VT

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced

Maintenance Technician / Grounds Porter to join our team in Williston, VT. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including:
• • Painting
  • Drywall repair and patchwork
  • Light plumbing repairs
  • Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds:
• • Empty trash receptacles
  • Pick up trash and debris
  • Operate equipment such as backpack leaf blowers, Billy Goat vacuums, pressure washers, and other maintenance tools
  • Use of pressure washer for sidewalks, buildings, and common areas
• Complete miscellaneous handyman duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior handyman/maintenance experience required
• Experience operating pressure washers and other maintenance equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 40lbs
• Must be comfortable using ladder
