Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with professionalism and expertise
- Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and market analyses
- Show properties, host open houses, and negotiate offers
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and leads
- Utilize CRM systems and technology platforms to manage pipeline activity
- Collaborate with team leadership and participate in ongoing training opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends and local inventory throughout Southern Maine
What We’re Looking For
- Active Maine Real Estate License (preferred but not required for those pursuing licensing)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
